Provider and purpose
Finanzierungszertifikat.com is a service of OHYP GmbH. This website lets you request a personal assessment of your property financing and a financing certificate.
Your request
The online request is free and non-binding. You do not need an account. By submitting, you ask OHYP to review your plans and contact you by phone or email. Submitting does not enter you into a loan agreement.
Review and certificate
OHYP discusses your plans with you and reviews the required evidence of your financial circumstances. Only after a positive review can OHYP issue a property-specific financing certificate. A request does not entitle you to a certificate or a loan. A certificate is not a binding loan commitment; that decision belongs to the lending bank.
Details and calculations
Please provide complete information to the best of your knowledge. Estimates of purchase costs and financing needs provide initial guidance. Actual costs depend on the property, federal state and agreed services, among other factors. Changes to your plans or finances may require a new review.
Google Places address search
Address search uses Google Places through the Google Maps JavaScript API. When you open an address question, your browser connects to Google. Google receives technical connection data, including your IP address. When you use the search field, your search text is sent to Google to obtain suggestions. We copy the selected address details into the form. Manual entry remains available.
