Optional usage analytics
Google Analytics and PostHog process usage events only after you consent. These include approved campaign identifiers, visit sources, button clicks, scroll depth and the start, steps, completion and abandonment of the form. These services do not receive names, contact details, addresses, income or free text entered into the form. We do not record sessions.
We store your choice as fz-analytics-consent-v1 in browser storage until you change it or delete browser data. After consent, Google Analytics sets session cookies named _ga and _ga_*. PostHog receives a random identifier for this page visit, which we do not link to any application. The providers can see your IP address when your browser connects. We ask PostHog not to derive a location from it.
You can withdraw consent at any time for future processing. Choose ‘Necessary only’ in Cookie settings. The website and form work without analytics. Withdrawal does not retroactively delete events already sent.
Google Places address search
Address search uses Google Places through the Google Maps JavaScript API. When you open an address question, your browser connects to Google. Google receives technical connection data, including your IP address. When you use the search field, your search text is sent to Google to obtain suggestions. We copy the selected address details into the form. Manual entry remains available.

We also collect the property type, property address or desired postcode, purchase price, federal state and broker commission. Your contact address is optional. We store your privacy acknowledgement, email verification status and the processing status. OHYP uses these details to review your plans and contact you. You cannot submit the online request without completing the required fields. There is no automated lending decision or newsletter subscription.

The form sends your financing details to OHYP. It does not automatically send them to banks or advertising networks.
